This app is usable for such as walking, jogging or marathon. 1)Setting Course Courses can be set to tap the Map. 2)Pacemaker function Play the click sound with running tempo. 3)Check Point Features Can be set for every 1 - 10km checkpoint or turning point. Notify the point by sound and vibration. 4)SAVE & LOAD Can be saved the favorites up to five. 5)HISTORY Can be showed the recorded running data. Also, Can be loaded from HISTORY data.1.SettingWhen first boot, set the following items. 1)Profile Register Sex, age, and stride.. Used for calculateing calorie and pacemaker. 2)Sound Settings Select the tone for the goal, time up, checkpoint, and final checkpoint(turning point). You can choose from a source that is built into the device.2.Setting for running You can use just to set the distance and the target time. But it's more convinient by using the following features. 1)Distance There are 3ways for setting distance. a)Direct Input Enter a distance in the dialog. b)Preset Select from the dialog. c)Set on the Map Pressing the "Map"button. And tap on the Map for set the course. Distance is set by pressing the OK button. "Undo" for back to previous, "Clear" for erase all. 2)The target time Please select from the drop-down list. 3)The average speed Will be calculated automatically. Pressing the PaceMaker button to play the click sound with running tempo. Press again to stop. 4)Checkpoint Is valid only if a check box is checked. Please select from the drop-down list. Set a turning point, a half point will be notified by the distance from departure point, you can go home even if you'll be running at random. 5)SAVE Can be saved the favorites up to five. 6)LOAD Load data from the saved list. 7)HISTORY Displays a list of running results. Can be loaded from the setting course or the result course. 8)START Start running.3.Monitoring running 1)Distance Displays current distance and target distance. When you press the Map button, display the setting course(red) and the running course(blue). 2)Time Displays elapsed time and target time. 3)The average speed Displays the average speed from start to current point, and necessary for goal in time. PaceMaker button to play sound for making pace. 4)Check Point Display number of checkpoints and passes. Also the distance to the next checkpoint. Notify by sound and vibration when you passed. 5)GIVE UP Press to retire.4.Result 1)distance, time, and average speed are same as section 3. 2)Calories Display calories burned that calculated by gendar, age, weight, and the elapsed time. 3)SAVE Save the running results to HISTORY. 4)CLOSE Close the Results screen to return to the setting for running.
